This custom humidor is the perfect hiding spot for all your favorite cigars! Built for a client’s luxury kitchen from mahogany and featuring an Espresso stain, this is the perfect piece for an aficionado who wants to store a smaller inventory for friends, family, guests, and themselves.

To commemorate our 10th anniversary, we designed this distinctive cigar cabinet humidor, made with Honduran mahogany and detailed with Pomele Sapele and Spanish cedar. Only 150 of these pieces were made, each one numbered and signed by the craftsman. The cabinet stores approximately 350 cigars, and each one was stocked with 50 Zino Platinum Scepter Series cigars.

Custom mission style cigar humidor in African mahogany with a custom finish. The wooden legs and black, mission style pulls accent the style of this traditional humidor. The clear glass top provides a view into the drawer of loose cigars.

Northern pine paired with a custom distressed finish and antique hardware complete the look of this old world style custom humidor. The small glass panel in the top provides a view into the drawer of loose cigars.

This custom cigar cabinet was designed for a Priest named Father Matthew. He wanted to incorporate maple, tiger maple and black walnut to match his existing furniture. The humidor now lives in a rectory. All of the fine details of the cigar cabinet are in-laid black walnut. The tiger maple appears on the front of the door and the drawer. The maple frames the outside of the cabinet. The Father Matthew receives a custom humidification system as well, similar to a Guardian 1500.

This attractive end table is a custom-designed Reliance 1000, made of mahogany with a special “sunburst” finish. The end table features an interior drawer and built-in humidification system

This rustic custom humidor was designed for a customer that had many pieces of antique furniture. We set out to create a cigar cabinet that would fit into the customer’s home and match all of the other pieces. An aging technique had to be used to age and rust the hardware used on the knobs and hinges. The custom humidification system used in this custom cigar cabinet is similar to the Guardian 1000 system.

This cigar cabinet is an example of how we can take any of our standard cabinets and customize them to whatever wood or stain you choose. Shown here is a Reliance 1000 built with maple and birdseye maple with a clear finish. The customer had a lot of light colored woods in their home and wanted a cabinet that could blend in with the decor and truly be used as an end table.

The Reliance 1500 end table holds approximately 1350 cigars and has an external drawer. This example was fashioned using crotch mahogany by request and finished so the distinctive grain of the wood shows through adding a dramatic appearance to the humidor cabinet.

This custom cigar humidor cabinet was finished in a beautiful off-white color to match the homeowner’s décor. The cabinet includes adjustable Mahogany shelving and a Spanish Cedar bin with dividers allowing the cabinet to hold up to 500 boxed cigars. This contemporary Reliance Armoire humidor cabinet is custom-made with two draws and has an ebony finish. Inside, four drawers with loose cigar bins hold 175 cigars. With these bins and the remaining storage, the cabinet holds 1,500 cigars, which are kept at ideal storage temperature using our Guardian electronic humidification system (not shown in photos). The cigars are accessed through locked, frosted glass doors.

The Phoenix Collection Tea Museum reached out to Vigilant for a custom humidor cabinet with optimal storage conditions. In order to allow the tea to age and mature properly Vigilant needed to create a system that could maintain a level of 75% relative humidity. Using a digital humidification system and proper air circulation Vigilant was able to create the perfect storage environment. The exterior of the cabinet was made from Mahogany and finished in custom stain and lacquer. The interior uses custom slatted shelves made from Spanish Cedar to help with the airflow to the tea. For added detail, the cabinet features a custom glass etching of the logo and the door pulls feature the phoenix bird.

This was the first Guardian cigar cabinet ever built. We took our standard Guardian 2000 cabinet (48″) and added recessed side panels and a recessed base to create a more custom look.

Designed based off a sketch provided by our client’s interior designer, we built this custom humidor cabinet in a unique style to match the décor of the client’s home. The cabinet features a “lift up” glass lid and leather panels, bordered with upholstery tacks, on the front lower drawers and side panels. Our Guardian 100 Digital Humidification System, housed behind the lower right-hand door, maintains the perfect environment for stored cigars. Designed to be a more contemporary humidor, this credenza features a glass top, sides and doors. The flat panel wooden drawers below house the electronic humidification system. The black finish, brushed nickel hardware and wooden legs and add to the contemporary style.

The Ritz Carlton in Virginia approached Vigilant looking for an electronic humidor that they could wheel to and from guests rooms, tables within the restaurants, as well as within the halls and lobby–s of the hotel. We created a custom humidor on wheels that holds loose cigars, boxes of cigars, cutters and accessories, such as matches. The top of the credenza is glass, allowing guests to see their purchase and to buy directly off the cart. The side of the credenza has a bar for easy pushing. The custom cabinet shown is Mahogany with a chestnut finish. The Ritz Credenza can be sold with and without wheels, to be used as an immobile credenza – the push bar is also optional.

Vigilant created two identical built-in cigar humidors to match the pre-existing millwork at a home in Louisiana. The humidors are made from Mahogany and have glass paneled doors to display the homeowner’s cigars. This custom cigar humidor was built for former UFC owner Lorenzo Fertitta’s luxurious 285ft superyacht, the Lonian. The cigar cabinet is made from Mahogany and features a brushed aluminum metal clad door. The interior features adjustable shelves and bins for storage of up to 200 cigars. Since we have experience building humidors for yachts we know it can be tricky with the constant motion of the vessels that’s why we use a super absorbent material in the reservoir to store water without it sloshing around. For humidification, the unit uses a digital system accurate to +/- 2% relative humidity.

This stylish built-in cigar humidor was designed to match the homeowner’s preexisting millwork. The exterior of the humidor was built from distressed Pine for a more rustic look. The interior of the cabinet is made of Mahogany and features 6 adjustable shelves and LED display lighting. The cabinet also has two drawers at the base of the cabinet one to hide the humidification system and the other for additional storage.

This homeowner created the ultimate basement retreat including a sophisticated cigar lounge and was in need of a cigar humidor. Based off the cigar room’s décor, we created a built-in cigar humidor that seamlessly fits into the decorative paneled walls. The humidor was created with a Mahogany exterior and custom gray finish to match the wall paneling. For storage, the humidor uses 2 adjustable shelves and a cigar bin with Spanish Cedar dividers. Most importantly the humidor uses our Guardian digital humidification system to accurately keep the humidity within +/- 2% inside the cabinet.

This one of a kind built-in cigar humidor cabinet was designed for a private residence in Brooklyn, NY. The exterior was handcrafted from a beautiful Rift Sawn American Black Walnut. The homeowner opted to have the cabinet unfinished to see the natural beauty of the wood. The interior of the cabinet is made from Spanish Cedar and features adjustable Mahogany shelves and a pull-out drawer in wooden glides. The cabinet uses a digital humidification system and the remote display and time to fill indicator are mounted on front decorative panel.

This modest built-in cigar humidor was the perfect addition to a home in Ronald, Washington. Both the interior and exterior are made from a beautiful sturdy Mahogany. The exterior features Our Harvest finish and matte lacquer. The wood framed glass doors are fully insulated helping to protect the cigars inside.
