WhisperKOOL Ductless Split Systems A limited 2-year warranty is offered with all split systems. This warranty is not activated until the installation documentation has been returned by mail, fax, or email and approved by WhisperKOOL.

All the ductless systems we sell are either UTL or UL listed.

What are the power requirements?
The evaporator inside the wine cellar draws its power from the remote condenser. The condenser power requirements are dependent on the size of the system. A dedicated circuit is recommended. View our ductless split instructions for more information.

Yes, the ductless split system does require installation by a licensed HVAC professional.
What other options can you add to the system?

Where is the best location to place the cool-air supply duct inside the wine cellar?
Because cold air drops, it is recommended that the cold air supply be located high on the wall in the wine room as far away from the door as possible.
